The aparthotel itself was a real win for our family. The room was generous, well laid out, and having the extra living space made a big difference over a standard hotel room. After a long day of walking Seville, it was nice to come back somewhere we could actually spread out.
Location was the standout. We were within easy walking distance of pretty much everything we wanted to see, which meant no taxis and no wasted time getting in and out of the center. For a first visit to Seville, this is exactly where you want to be.
Service was inconsistent. A few staff members were welcoming and genuinely helpful. Others were noticeably curt and made simple requests feel like an imposition. It stood out because the rest of the experience was so good, and it is the one thing management should look at.
Overall we would still recommend it for the space and the location. Just know the front desk experience may depend on who is working that day.

This was one of the most beautiful hotels that we have ever stayed in, it was a 13th century palace turned into a hotel with only @14 rooms. The governess, the front office staff especially Jade and Gonzalo, with the food staff made it a truly magical experience. The hotel is like visiting a museum with beautiful art pieces and every room being different. The location was incredible and they really took care of you as if you were family and were staying in your own home. We will definitely be visiting Sevilla again and staying here again, hopefully sooner than later.

This hotel has got to be up there with one of the nicest hotels I’ve ever stayed at.
From the moment we entered the doors, it felt like luxury. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, the room was spotless and to a high standard.
The little touches such as the free coffee/snack corner and the free bar from 4pm-7:30pm just added to the enjoyment of our staff.
I would highly recommend and would love to visit again
