The whole point of staying at a hotel is to be able to get some rest, but in October—with temperatures around 60°F (15°C) in the early morning—they turned off the air conditioning, supposedly to switch to heating. “They are so professional and with wonderful hospitality. The breakfast/meals there were great. The facilities were in very good condition. The whole hotel is very elegant and delightful. They also provide free shuttle service that saved us a lot of time and taxi expenses. Overall, it was a good decision for me to choose this hotel for our Toledo visit.”
