“Sim o cafe da manha era tudo fresquinho e com variedades, o ar condicionado estava perfeito, manteve o quarto fresquiho.”

“Foi uma ótima estadia. O quarto é muito bom, atendeu todas nossas necessidades e o pessoal é muito atencioso e gentil. O café, almoço e a janta são muito bons também. É bem localizado, embora tenha sido indicado por amigos não andar pelas redondezas em horários de pouco fluxo, tem um ponto de taxi no outro lado da rua que facilitou muito nossa vida e os locais dos circuitos, pelourinho e shoppings ficam perto. Recomendo muito este hotel!”

“Small, very nice boutique hotel. Very clean and tastefully decorated, with an excellent breakfast buffet. Unfortunately, no one speaks a word of English, so we could only communicate via cell phone and translation tools. Otherwise, everything was wonderful and we can highly recommend the hotel.”

“I don’t think the hotel can really be considered a 5‑star property. The staff is good, but the hotel needs maintenance, especially the air conditioning. Also, the bathroom cleaning needs improvement — there are areas with mold. In any case, the stay was pleasant. Breakfast was good, and the customer service and security are impeccable.”

“It started off kind of awkward since we had to wait three hours for our water to be working in our room because of a leak in our bathroom. But the hotel staff were nice, and they explained that it would be done as soon as possible. However, on our second to last day, we were told that they needed to fix the leak again and we had to go to another room which was much smaller and not even close to the nice view we had in our original room. We mentioned that the water leak really didn't bother us.……
