"Bad first impression looks rundown very dated inside too all very empty - woman on reception no customer service skills no smile tried to charge us twice. Room very clean but not even a china cup just 2 paper cups no teaspoons and awful poor selection of coffee/ tea. Had to put kettle on floor to heat as cable too short.
I know it's off season but some customer service would be nice. Great view of sea don't bother booking a room without a sea view as it made the stay better. Cracked broken glass screen on the balcony looks very dodgy. "
"The exterior of the hotel was a bit disappointing but the newly refurbished room was very clean and spacious, the staff were great - and so was the breakfast. Not a huge choice but more than enough options and all fresh."
