Do never travel to this hotel, it was a traumatising experience. The hotel looks completely different in pictures, the staff is very unfriendly and only cares about collecting money, the hotel is not maintained ,the room was broken and they were putting glues on the toilet floor to repair it.The hotel was dirty insects ,everywhere hair in food ,no blankets to cover urself at night imagine,....We told them we need a refund they said not at all you can leave if u want but we will keep the money,we had to stay first night since they didn't refund and all nearby places were fully booked.my kids were crying disgusted to sleep at the dirty bed ,they were traumatise,early next morning we left to fethiye to Letoonia club an amazing hotel 10 out of 10.Before leaving I told them at least refund the remaining nights, they said not possible ( we booked 5 nights)then I told them refund one night they did not accept one night to refund,...I had to pay twice I lost a huge amount but what matters is that our next hotel compensated.Im lucky I had money to go to another hotel but people coming with tight budget will suffer and have the worst nightmare there.Everyone I give u a advice from my heart,don't go there.Trust me u will be traumatised

Very nice hotel, excelent time spent. Quiet place, good for families. Pools were clean staff was polite and Smily faces. Clean rooms.

We were really looking forward to this vacation and, unfortunately, it ended up being one of the most disappointing resort experiences we’ve had. The biggest issue was the food. For a 5-star, all-inclusive resort in Turkey, the quality and variety were far below what we expected. Lunch was virtually the same every day, and after a few days I found myself eating the same meals for both lunch and dinner because there simply weren’t enough appealing options. The menu lacked variety and did not reflect what you would expect from a luxury all-inclusive resort. When we spoke with the manager about our concerns, we even asked if we could check out a couple of days early so we could move to another resort and salvage the rest of our vacation. Although we understood this would create extra work for us, we felt it was worth it. The manager refused our request and was dismissive of our concerns. He told us there were four lunch restaurants available, which was misleading. In reality, two of them were essentially snack bars serving very similar food, so there were not four genuinely different dining experiences. His solution was to suggest that we eat at the sister resort next door. However, we specifically paid a premium to stay at an adults-only resort. We shouldn’t have to leave the property and go to another resort just to find acceptable food. To make matters worse, the resort’s specialty restaurant required an additional charge, despite us staying at an all-inclusive resort.
