“Pleasant and very quiet. Host very accommodating. Interesting setting and historical. Refrigerator in room which was nice. Had a Kitchenette but no supplies to utilize it.”

“We had night flight arrived Rome and arranged pick up in advance with the host, Mr Leandro. He gave us very clear details re our meeting point. Right after we arrived the meeting spot, he greeted us with his friendly smile. Upon arrival the guest house, he explained clearly incl breakfast, doors locks.. fire escape route as well. We felt very safe, clean and comfortable in this beautiful guest house. We could feel Mr Leandro is running his guest house heartily, punctuality and treat all the……

“We were welcomed by Enrica as she organized our taxi’s to and from the place. She was there for our arrival and departure to answer any questions. Room was perfect was for our overnight stay and we enjoyed the beach after the 35 minute walk. Breakfast was a simple snack to start us off. ”

“The studio was well maintained, secure, safe. The owners (Flavia and Lanfranco) are super nice people and picked us up at the airport when our flight was changed and late. You have use of a pool, a barbeque and there are multiple friendly cats. The refrigerator, micro, stove top, coffee maker all worked and helped us stay fed and prepare for the day. We walked to Antica archeological site. All good.”

“Very close to the airport. Shuttle took us at 3:00 am to airport which was great. Plenty of restaurants near by. Good place to stay if you are needing to be at the airport.”
