“Die Lage war ganz gut, viele Restaurants im der Nähe.
Sauberkeit und Austattung waren sehr zufriedenstellend.
Leider nur Parkplätze in der weiteren Umgebung bzw. am Straßenrand, wobei man etwas Angst ums auto bekommt.
WLAN hat ein eher langsames bzw. schwaches Signal, dadurch ist das Teilen von Fotos und Videos etwas schwierig.”

“We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Pino’s apartment. Some highlights: 1) He is a very communicative host and full of recommendations of things to do; 2) The apartment is exactly as advertised and is very spacious; 3) I loved the banana grove out back… we cooked meals and ate outside several evenings; 4) The local/public transportation system is easy to use…we rode buses & trains all week for little cost. I highly recommend choosing Pino’s place for a comfortable, clean and quiet stay in Rome!”

“Spacious flat, everything needed for the stay, easy to find, quick access, great restaurants nearby. Take a t-towel as that was needed. Would have welcomed a second sofa or extra two chairs in living room - would have made stay even better.
Metro across the street, supermarket next door or carrefour 5 min walk which opens later.
Road noise noticeable but not bad, some building work out back but not loud to disturb with doors closed - both these seemed common everywhere in Rome to be honest……

“This stay was convenient to restaurants and it's about a 45-minute walk to the historic area. We appreciated the balcony and cozy bedrooms, which worked ok for 4 people. Getting into the building was a little frustrating because it was all done using our phones, yet our internet was inconsistent so it was hit or miss whether we could unlock the building door and then the apartment door. But everything else about the stay was positive, so five stars. ”
