Ordered the king size bed. Got a twin. Wouldn’t move my room. Sheets were filthy. Toilet seat had pubic hair on it. Rusty fridge. Overall disgusting. I travel for work and frequent hotels. By far the dirtiest hotel I’ve ever been to. I can send pictures if you’d like

I was a bit surprised at the busyness of the Guest Inn... So it is very affordable and the service was very guest friendly. A decent room with such ammenities for those on a budget.

The front desk clerk was very friendly. Even though there wasn't much of a view, the room made up for it. The price wasn't outrageous either.
