Ferdinando could not do enough for us! He lit the woodfire each morning and even left us an umbrella outside our room. The B & B is spotlessly clean and really quiet! The Pinseria restaurant is also great that belongs to the hosts! Do not overthink it, just book! It's a family owned building with charming hosts Ferdinando and Valentino. The picture shown is the beautiful terrace where one sits for breakfast or to simply contemplate life. Spotlessly clean rooms, comfortable bed, everything you need. Close to Arezzo train station and within easy waking distance of the center of Arezzo, with many dining/shopping options. We had no trouble finding free street parking. The best most attentive hosts you could wish for. Rooms are clean, comfortable and well equipped. Food was exceptional for a buffet breakfast. Healthy fresh produce to feed your soul as well as your stomach. Automatic check in when you recieve your code which is simple to do as long as youre on or after check in time specified. This place is truly an oasis in the middle of a bustling city and when you walk through the door its like being transported into your own personal zen garden. Cannot recommend this place highly enough and if we are ever back in Arezzo i hope they would have a room free.
