An ideal destination for those seeking to disconnect in the midst of nature, enjoy the landscape and explore the island by bicycle or on foot. The property extends over a plot of 5,000 m² and has a habitable area of 120 m², distributed across 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms with shower, with capacity for 6 people. The American induction kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances such as a fridge, oven, microwave, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, kettle, juicer and washing machine, offering everything necessary for a comfortable stay. The living-dining room includes satellite television in various languages (Spanish, English and German) and internet connection (WiFi). The exterior is one of the main attractions of the property: a spacious furnished terrace, private garden, barbecue and a refreshing swimming pool surrounded by nature. In addition, it has a covered parking area with capacity for 2 vehicles, within the fenced enclosure. Moreover, the nearby town of Petra offers bars, restaurants and local products, ideal for getting to know Mallorcan gastronomy. Every Thursday the traditional market is held in the Plaça Major. The beaches on the east coast, such as Cala Romántica, Cala Mendia and Cala Anguila, are also a comfortable car journey away, perfect for spending the day by the sea. Sa Rota is the ideal option for families and groups who wish to relax in a quiet rural setting, with all the comforts of a modern house and an excellent location to explore the heart of Mallorca. IMPORTANT: All additional payments and online registration procedures are managed through instant messaging, outside the platform. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber. WLAN sehr gut, Küchenausstattung alles was man braucht. Die Bäder sind sauber und es funktioniert alles top. Kleine Mängel wie Ausfall der Aussen- oder Poolbeleuchtung wurden von Lorenzo sofort behoben. Man braucht ein Auto. Am besten gleich ab Flughafen mieten. Wir haben haben viel gesehen und nichts ist schöner als Abends von dem Massentourismus auf eine gemütliche , ruhige Terasse flüchten zu können um zu grillen, in den Pool zu springen und sich zu unterhalten. ##### Tina G.
