“Tolle neue Unterkunft in guter Lage. Kleines Bad aber ausreichend. Nettes Personal. Wir hatten kein Frühstück und haben nur einmal einen Cocktail in der Bar getrunken. Hier war unsere Erfahrung eher negativ da wir zunächst nicht bedient wurden und dann 40min auf unsere Bestellung warten mussten.”

“Enjoyed my stay here, and the host (Carlos) was super-responsive. Air conditioning made it very comfortable. That being said, it was definitely SMALL, and the photos were a tad misleading…the “SPACIO” sign is actually a mall a ten-minute walk away. The building entrance is very hard to find (especially in the dark!!) and relatively featureless. SUPER close to the airport though!! Would definitely stay here again. Thanks Carlos!”

“This was the perfect stay for me. I liked how the unit is within walking distance of many historical sites, but at night the neighborhood is very quiet (except for the trolley nearby, which did not bother me). The host was very kind and met me at the door to give me the key, and gave me some suggestions about what to do/see. When my flight was delayed and I needed to stay another night they were very accommodating. I would absolutely stay here again.”

“Facilities and services are not good as it is not corresponding to its luxury price. Water power in bath room is small. One of the room keys are not working. The staff for cleaning the room searched and touched my open luggage as my things are not in the order that I packed my luggage.”

“There were three of us in total, look at the pictures is a duplex apartment did not hesitate to book, the result is that the room is very small, the double bed next to the toilet door 😿 the service staff does not seem to speak English, but the room is pretty clean and very modern”
