Food was good, top shelf alcohol, clean property

Riu Palace Aruba family hotel was excellent. The only thing is that on the buffet, the area where the chicken, meat and fish is coooked on the grill, the staff in charge takes his time to cook and everytime you go to get any of the protein they are offering thay day he still cooking it and there is nothing ready to take in your plate. I think it is on purpose. Also there are some flies on the buffet restautant. The drinks are not good either. The rest is excellent!!!!

My stay was awesome. All inclusive was an excellent choice. The food is great. Everyone is so friendly. I also loved the ballroom had an event every night. The swimming pool with the pool bar was a plus. The only complaint I have plus other people agreed, they would run out of towels at the pool. That is unacceptable. Then when I asked how long, they told me it could be a while. I recommend coming to Barcelo. I would definitely come again. I’ll just bring my room towel to the pool just in case.
