I would recommend this place every time because the staff was amazing and the food was good. Everyone was so helpful and nice. Front desk exceptional. 10/10 I promise you will love it there.

The pool and the interaction with the staff at the bar and the pool was fantastic. Did not like the issue with trying to get a chair on the beach. Staff said stand where you want the chairs and he would bring them, he never did. If they don’t want to help them don’t lock them up.

Liked how it was located between Palm beach and Eagle beach. Walkable each way. Dislikes: Room generally clean but I found an old contact lens on the floor in the bathroom One or the knives had breadcrumbs on it I booked my room to be ocean view and my view was the vacation center; basically resort view. You can only see peeks of the water from the sides. When i spoke with the front desk staff, they explained the entire resort is “ocean-view” and that there was no more availability to switch rooms. Also, the amount of times i was awaken was ridiculous. Once by the housekeeper. Another 3-4 times by the fan light turning on on its own. The AC is cool and all but doesn’t matter how cool you set it, it stayed at 76 even though it runs the whole time. I’ve machine on 3rd floor didn’t work My booking included sparkling wine/champagne but i did not see any of that Overall it’s not horrible. I still liked it but ive seen better. The view is restricted and that killed it for me given it was not that cheap. Positives: Elders friendly Calm Atm machine on site Hammocks all over Pureocean restaurant is nice Staff is nice Location ideal if you want both worlds

Amazing views, close to everything, a lot to do on the resort. Love the beach access and stuff included that we could use like snorkel and floats. Would go back!
