A private office & large private bedroom in basement with full bathroom. laundry room. Plenty of big screen tvs. High speed Internet. Open concept with plenty of room for entertaining indoors & outdoors with large screened in porch, gas fire pit & gas grill. Quiet neighborhood with amazing bike trails nearby. Plenty of room for parking, corner lot. Centrally located with plenty of nearby waterfront dining, shopping, sightseeing and entertainment. Downtown Annapolis and the Naval Academy has so many things to entertain the entire family including Navy football games. Take a guided tour around Annapolis. Or maybe a dinner cruise on the Chesapeake. Close to Sandy Point state park for family fun beach time.,,Garage is kept locked for owner storage. please, no smoking or pets in the house.
