“Our problems began at check-in. There was no staff available to assist us, and we were left running from pillar to post trying to find parking even though they charged 35 chf per night for parking. It was 4 blocks away and Was hard to locate the apartment, and figure out how to gain access. After a long journey, this was extremely frustrating and stressful. The property also had no air conditioning, which was not made clear beforehand. As a result, the apartment was unbearably hot, and none of……

“The location was great, right on the lake, which we jumped in frequently to cool off. It was unbearably hot, the 4 provided fans brought some, but inefficient cooling. The attic / TV room was unusable secondary to the extreme heat. It was difficult, if not impossible to sleep. Thankfully our musclar son could bring the luggage up 4 flights of stairs. Parking accommodations were acceptable. Transportation to Lucerne and other destinations was easy with good bus and train service. Beautiful views……

“Overall pretty good experience. It’s next to an arena and only a few minutes walk to the train station and a few minutes train ride to Luzern. The kitchen is small and only has basic supplies but it’s plenty for just three of us. For the price I think we will consider staying there again.”

“No internet that is a major inconvenience It has a kitchen but nothing to cook with. there is nothing to do in the town beware ”

“Ursula is such a nice and friendly lady. We were in constant communication via email before the trip which is a blessing because you are kind of lost when going to a brand new place.”
