“Hotel location is perfect. We had dinner as well. Food was so good. Breakfast was not buffet style but they served whatever we asked for. Room was not to big but was big enough. We were so happy to stay there. I recommend everyone to go and stay in this hotel”

“The kindest most hospitable staffs I have seen. Always checking in to see if there was anything else needed. Spotless place with all the modern amenities. Brand new kitchen setup with stove, microwave, dish washer, sink, fridge, ect. Perfectly clean bathroom with very hotwater. Bedroom has nice comfortable mattress with white beddings. Most of all, this is a great example of French hospitality while experiencing European castle like living. ”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”

“We were staying here for an over night stop en route to the alps. Our main reason for booking was that there was a restaurant on site but upon arrival we were informed it was closed. We ended up getting a takeaway baguette for our dinner, eating it in the car park. Not ideal. Breakfast okay but poor selection available and flies all over the food that wasn’t under cover, so pretty stale.”
