“The staff were friendly and helpful even with my bad French. The food was very good, and my room was as described. I couldn’t get the EV charging point to work, this was the only negative that I can think of. Overall very happy with my stay. Tres Bonne”

“The hotel was beautiful and the owner was friendly. Check in is at 5:00 pm which is also the time the staff retires for the evening so don’t expect room service or any service after that. Breakfast was perfectly French with breads, croissants, homemade jam, and cheese. Overall it was a lovely place to stay.”

“L’endroit est très joli en bord de Seine, les chambres correctes, le petit déjeuner excellent même s’il faut soi même ouvrir les emballages pour se servir en cochonnailles ou gâteaux. Un gros problème néanmoins: la sécurité. Lors de notre séjour plusieurs véhicules garés devant l’hôtel ont été dégradés.”

“The hotel was located right across the street from the station so it was very convenient as we traveled in and out of Rouen by train. The staff was very helpful and showed us how to get to the main attractions. We were upgraded to a larger room and it was great. There was a kettle and free tea bags and instant coffee were provided. Will definitely stay there again next time. ”
