The staff was awesome. Very helpful and went above and beyond what was expected. We hope the renovations are finished soon. The faucet in the tub didn’t fit over the tub. Pop corn ceiling needs repaired. Room door was very hard to open, torn curtains, no towel bars, and tv remote was missing the battery cover. We did love the fireplace and the whirlpool tub. We would love to stay there again, but we hope repairs get made.

This was an older type of hotel so it was not quite up to par with some of the newer places but it was comfortable and the front desk staff were professional and helpful. They could use another luggage dolly or two. People had to wait to use one when checking out. I only saw 2 dollies to use when I was there.

We have stayed at this property several times over the years. This will be our last. The rooms were not as clean as before. Everything very dated, moldy smell. Plaster on the ceiling falling off on the floor. No toilet paper holders, dirty grout and stains on the furniture and carpet. Just two years ago it was in much better shape. Not up to standards.

The WiFi was not a safe site. The Motel computer was not functioning. The continental breakfast was poor. No plain oatmeal cereal. Few food and fruit selections. Air conditioning for the room was very good. Room was clean and beds comfortable. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Room clean. Bfast stopped 9am - too early r me to participate. Property is, overall, a bit run down. Washer and dryer - both out if service. Vending machine empty. Hot water in lobby for making tea was never available. Nevertheless, staff responsive, clean place, a/c worked well & comfy bed.

The receptionist staff was pleasant. The breakfast was good. It wasn't only carbs but had eggs and sausage. Raquel the breakfast hostess was very friendly. This hotel adequately met our needs. It could use some updating however. Our room was clean but the decor little worn out.

Clean room, staff was friendly. Stayed there with husband and two kids. Only negative remark is the constant smell of someone smoking weed, especially waking up first thing in the morning and the entire room smelling like it

Booked 2 day stay 2+ mo. in advance and paid in full. Upon arrival at 4pm, (check-in was 3pm), was informed room not ready. Asked to come back "later" with no specific time. Arrived @730pm and checked in. Entered room and found only window with curtain hanging down and on by a single hook, unable to close. Went directly to clerk at main desk to report issue and was told she had no one to correct problem as she was the only person working there at this time. She put a sign up at the counter and accompanied me back to the room to check the issue. After doing this, she went back to desk to call her manager and returned to room. At this time, she asked us to leave the room with all of our belongings to allow a repair person in to fix the issue. As this was almost 830pm, we refused and said we did not mind for them to work while we stayed in the room. 20 minutes later a man arrived and stood on the air conditioner unit and attempted to attach the curtain back to its track. Unfortunately it fell later after he left and we had to sleep all night with the parking lot lights shining into the room. We left before completing our 2 day stay and staff told us they even thought the place was a "dump" and the owner only wanted the money. He really did not care about customer service. This place has multiple other issues. Do not stay here!
