We arrived late the staff was great couldn’t stsy because to many flies in the room

Room was ok, black hairs in the tub so not sure if it was properly cleaned. Ordered room service, the food took a long time and was cold and overcooked. Ate breakfast there which was good, but very expensive. Forced to was a main menu do the buffet each morning even though there was a main menu. We were charged $18 for my son who ate 1 pancake. There's also a hidden resort fee of $40 each night even though we didn't use any of the immenities. The mini fridge is stocked with their stuff so we coukdnt use it. Not worth the price, there are better places for less money.

I would just like to say that I’ve been coming to New Hampshire especially the Lincoln area for about 10 years and this is my favorite spot that we’ve stayed in. I think this will be me and My Husband‘s new favorite place and we will be coming up more often. The resort was so clean. I love the grilling area. My room was right on the corner close to the pool with a beautiful view of the mountain. I also love that the property has so many pools on the premises. The staff was very friendly. I love the condo style apartment. We were able to buy our own food and cook it there. That’s a big savings. We would definitely stay again.
