“Bed et bathroom are clean . But floor (rug) and it smell cigarette !”

“It is ancient but very well maintained. All the furniture and fixtures looks like it is from the 1950s or 1970s - the building looks to be built of concrete or blocks with a brick exterior. Only about 20 rooms. Room is large and has a tiled bathroom with a toilet that looks like it would swallow the Titanic. Everytthing works and the bed is the best one of the three recent - firm, etc. It does have Wi-Fi and cable TV, the usual microwave and mini-Fridge. Even the parking spaces are set up for……

“Owner operated, wonderfully cared for. Quite setting setback a couple hundred yards from the road. Big yardspace, deer wandering about.”

“This is a roadside stop. They were understaffed and it really showed. There were major stains on the carpet in our room. The shower head was loose from the wall. The ice machine definitely needed a cleaning. The sheets and towels seemed clean. The breakfast area was clean and well stocked. The staff that were there were very nice and doing their best to keep everything going. Take your chances with this one!”

“Jennifer at the front desk was very friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. She is the reason we decided to stay. We are over the road truckers and wanted a few nights away from the truck. This is a budget property that needs remodeling, updates, etc. but for the price we felt it was fine. They provide complimentary continental breakfast that consists of bagels and cream cheese, a couple kinds of breads for toasting, fruit, plain yogurt, hard boiled eggs, coffee and tea. “Booked and paid through Expedia. When checked in obviously had to put down security deposit. When checking out I noticed two pending charges from the hotel and just left it alone assuming they both would fall off. One did not come off. Contacted hotel to resolve and got no resolution so has to file dispute with bank. Other than that it was fine.”

“It was easy access to get to everything close by. The rooms were very quiet and had ac. The room seemed clean, but we did have bugs in our room. I think it was because of the ac unit. The staff was very friendly. And we like the fact that it had a pool. My only complaint is the pool could have been a little cleaner.”

“Great location right on the strip. Lake access good. Air conditioner in every room. Pretty basic kitchen, but we were only there for one night, so that wasn't an issue. Don't know what regular seasonal prices are, but was VERY expensive for the 4th of July!”
