"I recently had the pleasure of staying at the stunning hotel Viewpoint and would like to share my wonderful experience with you. From the moment I arrived at the hotel, I was greeted by the friendly and helpful staff who made me feel immediately welcome. The lobby was beautifully decorated and had a welcoming atmosphere that set the tone for the rest of my stay. The room was spacious, clean, and beautifully furnished with modern amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable, and I slept soundly every night of my stay. The bathroom was immaculate and had all the necessary toiletries and towels. The hotel's amenities were excellent, including a fitness center, spa, and pool. I especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast buffet that was included in my stay. The variety of food options was impressive, and everything was fresh and tasty. What really set this hotel apart, however, was the exceptional service provided by the staff. They were always willing to go above and beyond to ensure that my stay was enjoyable and comfortable. They were knowledgeable about the local area and offered excellent recommendations for restaurants and activities. Overall, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. "LIKE: I liked that it was literally across from snowmass mall and a lot if the activities and zanes tavern is nearby so if you stayed up until 2am you didn't have to worry about a long walk back. A really nice lounge/bar area and heated pool. DISLIKE: This is more actual probs with the room. My tub wasn't working to stop the water but they git me a plug for the tub so that was fine. My door was problematic. It sometimes trapped me inside and the card was malfunctioning on the outside. They did fix it for me. At night I was somewhat scared as someone tried to come into my room around 3am and it could've been some lost drunken person but as a female solo traveler..it raises some concerns that doors might be able to be open by others. I got charged an additional 10 dollars when i checked out and I have no idea what this is for. No one could clarify. All in all it was still a mostly good experience and I would book again for convenience. Just be more transparent in fees. "
