"The stay was great, however the room we stayed in needed upkeep. Paint was peeling off the ceiling and many water stains. For an older hotel, I hope they invest better in maintenance as it is great location to stay. "

"I didn’t like the fact it was an air conditioner in the window. I’m glad we stayed on the second floor. The unit was cool during the day but at night the air was blowing as a ceiling fan even though we had it set on 69. The internet was a bit slow. Overall I would give it a 3.5 rating. "

"This was a three night stay in OC with my daughter. The staff were very helpful with recommendations for dining and general information. The room was very clean, towels plentiful, and trash picked up promptly. We did not use the pool, but others seemed to enjoy it very much. "

"Location was great. Enjoyed ocean front view but was in handicapped room and no ramp accessible to outside balcony. Otherwise stay was wonderful. "

"It was very convenient to be right on the ocean. We spent an entire day on the beach. So relaxing. Hotel restaurants are good. The last day two of the three elevators were down. That made for a long trip down from the 8th floor. Hotel was comfortable and clean. "

"Stayed here for a weekend with the family (2 dogs and 2 kids). The hotel is located next to the beach with the boardwalk steps away. Lots of activities, shopping and restaurants nearby. Also, the staff was extremely responsive and timely to a couple request we had. "
