On the ground floor, you'll find a cozy living room with a double sofa bed, a double bedroom, a second bedroom with a single sofa bed and bunk bed, and two bathrooms with showers. Upstairs, the first floor hosts a welcoming kitchen with satellite TV, fireplace, oven, and fridge-freezer, perfect for preparing your favorite dishes. With free Wi-Fi, private parking, and garden furniture for outdoor enjoyment, this well-equipped home is just minutes from shops, restaurants, and public transport. Whether you're exploring Assisi's historic treasures or simply unwinding by the pool, this house makes the perfect base for your Umbrian getaway.
