Best VRBO we’ve ever stayed at!
This was the easiest and most pleasant VRBO stay we’ve ever had! The host was quick with replies and pleasant to communicate with, and the property was as described — even better than we’d imagined, if anything! The accommodations were very clean and comfortable, the appliances were nice and in great working order, and things were obviously well thought-out and prepared for guests’ comfort. The kitchen and both bathrooms are top-notch. One of the bathrooms is huge, and even the smaller is a good size. What could have been a stressful wedding week was made much easier by having such comfortable and well-ordered accommodations. It’s a few blocks from campus, but a very quick and easy drive to the college, the parish church, and really anything in town. It’s located on a quiet circle, and we were able to park a full-size truck plus two smaller cars off-street in the drive. It was really a great place to stay leading up to our daughter’s wedding!

College Visit
Our family met in Atchison to visit Benedictine College. We chose "Flight of Adventure" for our "home away from home" and this is exactly what it was! It had ample space for our family to enjoy each others company and relax. It was fully stocked with any item we may have needed in every room. The kitchen had every kind of cookware, spice etc that one would need. The bathrooms had plenty of fresh towels and toiletries of all kinds. The bedrooms had multiple fluffy pillows and warm blankets and the mattresses were extremely comfortable! (the best we have experienced in a rental!). The spacious backyard is so inviting offering a nice fire pit and pergola with cute lights. We unfortunately were unable to use this space because of bad weather but look forward to using it on future visits. Paul, the host, was always expedient with communication and very accommodating to our needs! We will definitely be renting "Flight of Adventure" again when we visit Atchison.

Girls' Trip
My daughters and I greatly enjoyed our stay. The place was clean, comfortable, quiet and relaxing. The kitchen had everything we needed and the beds were extremely comfortable. We spent some time in the spacious backyard. The couch in the living room was awesome. We were able to relax together, but there also plenty of space in the house to have some quiet time alone. The host was attentive and helpful.

Great place to stay for all ages
These hosts thought of everything. If it wasn't here in the house you probably didn't really need it. They thought of all the big things, little things and everything in between. The furnishings were great, things were clean, we had plenty of linens and towels and all the amenities. There was a great backyard that allowed us to let the kids play and get out some energy. I slept wonderfully, the beds were comfy. The kitchen was perfect and we were able to cook several meals while we there. Some of our favorite places to stop by is the Sunflower coffee shop and Backroad Atlas. Look forward to seeing the new Amelia Earnhardt museum at the airport next time. The museum at the train depot is a nice little museum. We will definitely stay here again.

Beautiful house, particularly the kitchen and master bedroom, but the highlight is the back yard. With a fire ring and a raised wooden deck, it is a wonderful place to gather on a Benedictine visit

College Farewell
We were thrilled to find a dog friendly property so close to Benedictine College to move in our two kids…the pictures and description sounded perfect, but the place was even better than we hoped! We highly recommend this property! We would love to stay again when we visit our kids. The interior is completely modernized, comfortable, and well-appointed! The master shower was a luxurious mini spa experience with both a “rain” element and hand-held option with the best water pressure I’ve ever had at a rental! Having raved about the shower, though, a hand rail or bench may be useful for any older guests. We did cook, and the kitchen was wonderful! We loved the beautiful granite island and all new appliances. I don’t believe anything was lacking except perhaps a serrated knife and actual glassware (the plastic cups were fine, but we do prefer a glass for wine!). Anything else you needed such as food wrap, foil, paper towels, etc. was available. There are no dressers, only closets, so either more luggage racks or hangers in the closets could be considered, otherwise, the bedrooms were very comfortable. There were plenty of towels. We really loved the Amelia Earhart “Flight of Adventure” theme…so well-done with interesting aviation touches everywhere! The neighborhood was perfect for walking our dog, with a nice park nearby. The only reason for 4 stars for check in was the intro email did not have the door code, but the owner texted us immediately. Overall, a really lovely rental!

Beautiful Stay
My daughter was getting married in St. Joseph and this was the perfect stay not to far from the venue. It had just the right amount of bedrooms and bathrooms for my family. The back yard was beautiful and we would have taken full advantage of the beauty of we had only had the time. It was also nice to have some things for baby had I needed to watch my grandbaby for a while but he stayed with his momma instead. The only complaint I would have is that there were some dishes in the sink that looked half clean and the fridge/freezer was full of food. I contacted the host and they said that the cleaning crew must have missed stuff and that the owner leaves stuff there. We didn't mind the owner left stuff, we just hadn't ever experienced that before at a rental. It however was very apparent in parts throughout the home that their cleaning crew wasn't very thorough. Despite all that it was a wonderful stay, we would stay again.

Nice Surprise
For an older house I was impressed by the updates. The house itself was very clean . What surprised me was the level of anticipation by the host , very well stocked . The labeling and organization was a welcome sight, kinda a freak that way . Loved it ! Would absolutely stay there again.

I have never stayed at a place that was more accommodating for our family of 8. Our eldest is 16 and we have a 7 month old. Everything was clean, well updated, and well thought out! They even have a side room off the master with a baby changing table and plenty of room for a pack n play. There was plenty to do, toys and games, a well stocked kitchen, and we loved the fire pit! Very close to Benedictine College. Definitely so glad we found this house!

Perfect house for a Snow Creek weekend
This house was perfect for 2 small families to share for a weekend. It was very kid friendly, including toys, games and a room just for the kids to enjoy. It was very clean and had everything you could think of to make the stay enjoyable. We were treated with snacks upon arrival and the house had accessibility to anything you would need in the bathroom and/or kitchen including all soaps, lotions, shampoos, cooking items, etc. Would definitely stay here again and recommend this house.
