I was having a special night with my husband and I paid for a room with the fireplace. When I got there there was not a fireplace. And instead of trying to accommodate me in any way, I was just told there was none available.

Checkin was exactly at 3 pm - so don't arrive early. Otherwise, pool was a great place to hang out and clean. Breakfast was plentiful. Beds comfortable but floors squeaked above as did beds when you sat on them. Comfortable stay but surroundings were highways yet convenient to relative's home and KC.

Great Hotel!
Our stay was great! This particular hotel has 2 bedroom suites which are perfect for our needs. I had booked two rooms for family, and there was a bit of confusion paying for them on the separate credit cards. It totally got messed up, but the morning of check out, it was rectified…I’ve stayed here numerous times and this hotel is great!
