The room is very spacious but basic. Would benefit from a bit of a refurb perhaps. Location is very central and great for getting around. The breakfast that was included from the cafe downstairs was amazing. The street was noisy early morning and late night.

Property is very central yet in a quiet ally.Metro is just 3 min walkIts a spacious accomodation with all amenities for a comfortable stay.Everything was in great condition (except living room curtains which seems a bit withered)! Overall a great place to stay for a family

Loved our stay here! We were able to store our bags before check in which was a great perk. The room was great! The terrace was amazing and even had a view of the acropolis, which was awesome at night! They provide breakfast at the restaurant called Brunchers which was the best breakfast I had while in Europe!! The location is awesome with great access to the metro and in walkable distance to majority of the archeological sites! Would highly recommend this property!

Great Location and Restaurant, but Poor Maintenance! The location is phenomenal, right in the center of Athens, just a 15 min' walk from the Acropolis. The restaurant associated with the apartment building is a real highlight: delicious food, warm staff, and excellent service. Unfortunately, the apartment itself is poorly maintained. The sink is rusted and unpainted, the refrigerator door is broken (the plastic seal is coming off), and the water heater takes a long time to warm up, and once it does, it only lasts a few minutes in the shower. If the management improves the upkeep of the rooms, this place could be a gem. Until then, it’s a mixed experience.

Top location in city. Sightseeing, restaurants, markets and transportation very close. Spacious apartment. A la card breakfast good, but little choice. Did not sleep very well due to noise (especially in the morning) and uncomfortable matraces.

This is located in a different building and area from the hotel, it is really an Airbnb. The email sent contained the wrong door code, the restaurant (which is downstairs and where they include an awesome breakfast) was very helpful. When I contacted the office they were quick to respond but instead of admitting they sent the wrong code they told me I was entering it wrong - I know the difference between the numbers 05 and 21! Just admit the mistake and I wouldn’t have felt the need to add it to a review! Room is fine, nothing special. As advertised it’s at the top of a building - 3 steep flights up. The roof terrace is in pretty rough shape with dead plants, broken privacy screens and mops and buckets around. But for the price it was good for one night. Location is ideal.

Major stuff-up

When we arrived we were told that there had been a major stuff-up and the room that we had booked was not available. The staff went out of their way to provide a room an other hotel not too far away (of lower quality) and were very apologetic. But after traveling for 25 hours it wasn't great to be told that there was no room at the inn. Not sure if it was a Hotels.com stuff up or by the hotel itself, but not great.

Non è un albergo, ma una sorta di b&b. Non c'è personale e il numero di telefono fornito non sembra funzionare 24 perché quando abbiamo chiamato alle 20 non ha risposto nessuno. Vorrei davvero che Expedia segnalasse in modo chiaro questo tipo di strutture. Abbiamo trovato un enorme scarafaggio in bagno. La stanza aveva odore di fogna, infatti la tazza del bagno perdeva. La ciligiena sulla torta è stata la lampada sul comodino: era staccata perché non c'era alcuna presa dove attaccarla. Non lo consiglio.
