The Spa was closed which was so disappointig to us, major part of our journey was missing. Also during booking you didnt mention this issue which i consider a major drawback to your site. I will thonk twice before using your sitr in the future.

Great property with good facilities and very attentive and gracious staff. Nothing was too much trouble. Room service was prompt and of a high quality. This is more a business or events hotel than a family one. Location is great with nearby green spaces, amenities and the national gallery within walking distance and one stop away on the metro to the centre of town.

Great condition of facilities. Rooms seem recently refurbished. The staff was very friendly and extremely helpful going above and beyond to serve all our requests. The hotel is located in a very convenient area of Athens. If you have a car it is easy to park in the surroundings or at the hotel. one can easily walk from the hotel to Kolonaki area or to transport links nearby.
