The room is great, but I didn’t realice it is a self-service room inside an apartment. The area is really shady and the entrance to the building is in the middle of random stores.

The roms are great, very clean and comfortable. It is easy to get around, 20/30 minute walk to everything. Make sure to organise the check-In before you get there:)

The service was great and the room very clean and tidy. Maybe the only thing, is that the area doesn't feel very safe because it's full of graffiti everywhere and makes it look ugly and unsafe. People are very friendly and you can walk everywhere.

The room was very clean, modern furnished, equipped with very comfortable bed, small kitchen and the staff was amazing. I was really impressed by how they helped me during the big strike in Athens and arranged for me transfer to the airport. I highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Athens for few days. Located centrally with great train/metro connection to the airport and Piraeus harbor. I will definitely book this property again, see you next year 😊 Thanks for all.

Transitional Night Stay

It was perfect for a one night stay we needed in Athens before getting back home to our destination. I had been on the island for a week so we needed to back to get back home to NY. It was clean and honestly just needed it for dinner in the area and somewhere to sleep. I would not of stayed there more than one night because of the location. It’s in an awkward neighborhood you can tell it’s up and coming. I had no problem with it but maybe a shock for others. Otherwise it’s very “city vibes”

Beautiful apartment. All the necessary amenities provided and we slept really well here. The area is fine - I was slightly worried after reading some of the other reviews but actually felt safe all the time. The only reason I haven’t rated this 4/5 is that I had to chase for check in instructions a few times. When received the instructions were however very clear, so thank you for that. Also when leaving you have to leave the keys in the apartment which is tricky as we needed the keys to open the front door so had to go back and forth to the apartment to get out! All in all a great option for exploring Athens. Just make sure you contact the property in plenty of time to avoid any stress with check in.

The apartment is clean and modern. There are plenty of small amenities and the location is good for walking 15-30 Min to most areas of athen’s center. The area is full of graffiti but offers great value for quality restaurants and cafes. The internet was mostly fast. But reception of WiFi on the balcony is slow. Finding the key pad at the door was a bit difficult. It looks like a card reader first. A small photo guide would help I think. Sadly the building next door was renovating and this there was some noise on weekdays from 8am to the afternoon during the day. But not at night or evening. Breakfast can be ordered to the apartment online but I went to charming coffee shops near a public square 7min in the north east by foot. Staff was very nice and helpful. Thank you.

The area is famous for junkies! The Appartement was nice and comfortable. The bathroom is nice, except that the shower was not working properly and the hot water is not very hot! The safe box was not working and I had to wait till the second day to have the key and be able to store my personal things. The guy for check-in was very nice and welcoming. The flowery perfume in the room is really horrible!! Better without it. It’s very feminine and even my gramma would have not liked it.

Nice flat but terrible communication

Newly renovated flat with all comforts, large shower and essential kitchen.wifi working perfectly. Unfortunately we did not receive the information to access the facility (there is no reception), we had to call to get the access modalities. Contacted the host a day before check out to ask for luggage storage and the answer arrived 24 hrs late and in a confusing way. After a long exchange of messages we managed to leave our luggage in another flat.

Nice flat on the whole but the check-in info was poor and last minute. The area around the flat has people smoking hard drugs and doing drug deals. The lack of luggage storage was not well communicated and no help was given as to where we might find some.

Tolle Unterkunft, ich war sehr überrascht über die vielen kleinen Überraschungen des Unterkunftgebers. Bei eventuellen Fragen wird rasch geantwortet. Sehr saubere und geschmacksvoll eingerichtete Suite. Auch der Leitfaden für den Checkin ist sehr gut verfasst, da kann einfach nichts schief gehen.
