The location is really central, and the room was surprisingly spacious. We arrived quite late at night, but someone was there to welcome us, and communication was good throughout.
However, this is definitely not a place to stay if you are looking for a quiet and relaxing stay. The sound insulation is basically nonexistent. There was construction work right next door starting at 7:30 in the morning. Even around 4 a.m., there was still quite a lot of noise coming from the street. It is a very small street, but there seemed to be a constant flow of people coming and going, dragging luggage, etc. Honestly, there was hardly any difference in terms of noise whether the window was open or closed.
We stayed in the Imagine Room. The room looked exactly like the photos, which was nice, but unfortunately there was a very unpleasant smell coming from the curtain.
One more thing, which I am not taking points off for because I am not sure how much the hotel can actually do about it: people seem to urinate in the plant pot directly in front of the hotel entrance. The smell was extremely strong. Every time we entered, we had to hold our breath and carefully avoid the wet spots on the ground.
So I think it is important to consider what you are looking for before booking. If noise is not an issue for you, the location is genuinely excellent, and having such a large room is definitely a plus.
