“We stayed at this beautiful cottage last weekend and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The owners were incredibly helpful, especially when we let them know we wouldn’t be arriving until midnight — they couldn’t have been more accommodating. The cottage itself is absolutely stunning, set in a fantastic location with truly amazing views. We loved the peace and quiet, and it was the perfect place to switch off and unwind. “More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“We recieved information about how to access the building which was incorrect. The code did not work. We called the number provided and received the correct code relatively quickly. The heaters were not switched on and the rooms were cold in the morning. We ran out if hotwater when one of us was in the shower. There was no instructions about hot water being limited. The kitchen tap was broken although you could get water from it, it was very loose. Not many cups and glasses. Difficult to get from……
