“I find it very difficult to review this. The staff were absolutely lovely as were the other guests. However, I felt very misled by the advertising. It was extremely noisy (I was woken at 4 am by footsteps above my room and as the people upstairs were dancers, I cannot think anything except it has zero sound insulation). I also didn’t realize it would not provide towels. I paid £95 and then was expected to pay £2 for a towel. Breakfast included was rice crispies or oats. Completely misleading……

“Excellent as always. Pete is a great welcoming host, always on the end of the phone or on the premises ready to help. Cleaning staff asking if I needed anything (i stayed in a private double). I am a regular (for long extended stays) to this great value place, clean and warm, near to where i need to be and there are 5 convenience stores within 500yds, 1 being 10yds away - just next door, a sandwich and a drink if needed. 5 miles to Media city, Salford and 5 miles to Manchester city centre……
