“This is a backpacker place not a hotel/motel. They don’t provide things where a normal hotel provides like towels, shampoos, conditioners, bath soap, etc. It’s a shared kitchen so you need to bring or cook your own food. Only cookware is provided. You pretty much have to bring your own things overall. Angeline, the manager was pretty nice, helpful and accommodating. Free wi-fi and connection was good. “We spent 3 excellent nights at the Afton Safari Lodge. We had a large room with a sitting area, small refrigerator, and large bathroom. The bed and room were very comfortable and nicely decorated. But what really made our stay was the owners, Tony and Marieka. From the time we arrived, they made us feel welcome and made sure we had everything we needed. Breakfast was plentiful and good.
