"Stayed here to be in close proximity to Grayson Highlands state park for a trail race. Nothing negative to say about our lodging and the property. We had everything we needed and the grounds are beautiful. Highly recommend if you are escaping the city and want a relaxing stay in the playground I call the mountains!"

Despite the property listing indicating that air conditioning was available, there was none when we arrived. With temperatures in the 80s that weekend, the lack of air conditioning made our stay uncomfortable. Upon arrival, we found the door unlocked, raising serious security concerns. "The Sleep Inn at Wytheville was very pleasant. Check in was quick and the hotel was comfortable and clean. There was a good Asian fusion restaurant nearby. There was a hot breakfast as well as cereals and other baked goods. The location has easy access to I 77 and I 81."
