“Such a beautiful rustic home with all the modern day amenities! Easy access to the cabin as far as roads go. Loved having the coffeemaker with all the coffee pods, etc.Our only suggestion would be a couch with recliners.Overall it was wonderful! Would love to stay here again in the future.”

“This rental was the perfect starting point for some hiking I wanted to do in the area. Mt Rogers (tallest peak in Va) is close by, as are The Channels, which was my focus for this trip. This place can easily host 3-4 people, maybe even 5 if one wants to sleep on the couch. The beds were the best feature, super comfortable, best sleep of my life. You do have to climb up ladders to get to them, they're loft style, but I'd crawl over broken glass to get back to them. There is a sink, a mini fridge……

“A real nice place to stay right in town across from the courthouse. Very quiet. Did some hiking on the Appalachian Trail which is close by. Wytheville is only about 15 minutes away. A good deal.”

“We loved it. It was the second time at the tail of the dragon. Great system, very updated, and comfortable bed. The exit light was too bright but don’t know if that’s a Va codes issue. We will be back in the fall. ”
