“Staff was friendly, room was great, issues were elevators were not working and they put us on the 3rd floor, we arrived late at midnight after a long trip of driving, stop for some rest so carrying luggage and gear 3 flights why exhausted was not fun, in the morning around 7:30am the fire alarms starting gong off making it impossible to sleep as they were extremely loud and didn’t stop for about 30 minutes, being in the third floor not knowing what’s going on and the noise was extremely……
