This spacious 1,500 square foot property is minutes from Atlanta’s most popular attractions including Lenox mall, World of Coca Cola, Atlantic Station, Mercedes Benz Stadium, the Georgia Aquarium, and much more! Enjoy a stylish experience at this centrally-located place. You will have easy accessibility to I-20, I-75, I-85, & GA Hwy 400\. Our place has a resort-style pool, 24-hour gym, and outdoor grilling area. Your stay entails an easy and convenient self-check-in process and free on-site parking. Unit equipped with washer and dryer and laundry detergent! Help yourself to fresh coffee and creamer. Keurig options are always available. Full kitchen with access to cutlery, plates, mugs, glasses, pans, spices, etc. Also everything in the fridge is free! King size bed, Queen size bed, Two Single Beds & Sleeper Sofa…fully equipped kitchen, two full bathroom with luxurious shower, 50 inch TV in the living room & two 43 inch Smart TVs. wireless internet and dining area. You are able to go in and out as many times as you need to If not, there are lots of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We can arrange free parking for all bookings over 4 days. NO PARTIES NO LOUD NOISE Profile picture is REQUIRED for this booking Full names of ALL people that will enter the property, and phone number of the main guest. Front and back Picture ID of main host is REQUIRED for this booking. Airbnb's are different from hotels as we do not have 24 hr concierge desks. Any concerns or questions should be directed to the host. Host is available to guest at all times. HOST IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE via text, phone or in person!! Check-IN starts at 4pm. Early check-in is granted based on availability. CHECK OUT time is 11:00\. 15 minutes to 2hr past 11:00am a $75 charge will apply. After 2hrs you will be charged an additional day of non-discounted booking price. This DOES NOT mean you can hold possession. After 2hrs you are trespassing. GATE KEY fob provided if lost or broken is a $500 fee. If keys are not returned to the Key Nest location 15 min after check out you will be charged $75.00 per hr until we gain access to the keys. Guest access: The maximum number of permanent guests is limited to persons confirmed at time of booking and that amount only SMOKING: This property is 100% smoke free. Smoking Hookah & vaping is NOT allowed. If any ashes, wraps, paraphernalia found in the property. There will be an additional non-refundable fee of $250-550\. Depending on the severity of the unit condition. No PARTIES No loud Gatherings Quiet time starts from 10:00 pm - 8am. Please remember you are a visitor in the community, if there any noise disturbances reported by neighbors or the security officer There will be a fine accessed to this booking/ termination of booking with no refund. PET POLICY: Pets are NOT allowed. Violation of this rule is a one-time cleaning fee of $250 plus $25 per each night stayed or termination of the booking with No Refund of money paid for the reservation. This will be at the discretion of the HOST 4 BLACK MAKEUP removal towels have been provided for your convenience. If white towels or linens are stained with makeup, soiled, or used to clean up messes etc a $50 fee will be assessed. We do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the units. PARKING: Parking is $15/day!!! You are able to go in and out as many times as you need to. Please be sure to register your car with the Park By Mobile App. Booting is strictly enforced. We have no connections with the booting company and neither does the leasing office. Please be sure to pay for enough time for the duration of your stay. We are not responsible for boots on guest cars. WE DO require a copy of ALL guest government issued photo identification prior to check in. We did not receive the code to pick up keys. Called and texted several times and no one responded. One of the numbers they provided was not in service. My husband was finally able to get help by calling their corporate office. Unfortunately it was now after 6 pm and we missed our dinner reservations. When the property manager finally called me she said she never received my calls or texts yet she contacted me on the same number I used to try and reach her. The reason for the overall 3 stars are for the check in process. Check in instructions are sent I believe it was 24 hours before actual check in (don’t quote me on that) which is fine, except there is a address listed on the ad that is different than the address given in the instructions. You also have to go offsite to pick up the key to the unit at a convenience store (not listed in the ad) about 10 minutes away. Super inconvenient. Especially since we were ubering. So I had to add a stop to get the key. Once we got the key, we ubered to the address listed on the ad. Wrong! You need to go to the address given in the instructions, which in turn made me have to call another uber to get us 10 minutes up the street to the correct address. Once in the right location we were able to gain access to the unit fairly quickly.The communication with the host was fantastic! Though I was very upset about how this stat was starting, she was able to de escalate the situation quickly. The inside of the building reaked of Marijuana in the hallways and outside the balcony. I chose to stay at a different place because I didn't feel it was a safe place for my family, I call the manager and explained to her the situation and immediately took the keys back. Everything had to be washed to remove the smell.
