This house is so beautiful!! The photos do not do it any justice! the ladder is the perfect touch, the covered terrace, the easy check in and out! I would definitely stay again.

Overall it was a great place to stay I just hated the stairs your had to walk up to get there and in the heart of Atlanta.

Only downsides were that parking ended up costing extra. during the daytime the street is fine but at night there’s definitely some characters walking around

Great apartment close to city

Apartment photos of the interior were accurate Outside areas weren’t updated. Old sofa bed was in the outside patio area as broken. Sofa in living room wasn’t a sofa bed as listed but was able to use with bedding which we found in a box in the storage room. Listing said sleeps 6 but currently only 5. Host was super efficient with communication and super helpful with all my queries. The august lock app didn’t work with a UK number so that was an issue. As a previous tenant had lost the key we couldn’t use that. The beds were very comfortable Showers were goodWe didn’t use the kitchen but it looked like there was enough utensils. Some of the cupboards and drawers contained diy materials so this could have been removed. Rooftop was being refurbished so there was no furniture as pictured but I could imagine it will look nice when it’s finished I loved the whole apartment. Perfect for our family for a couple of nights Thank you

Clean and quiet. The owner responded to my messages. Be sure to ask for front door code before arriving at the property. We were sent an app that unlocks the loft door but had to stand outside for a while because we didn’t have the front door code. A neighbor let us in.

Trae Young BBall Game Xmas gift

My wife and I surprised our son with a trip to Atlanta to see his fav NBA player Trae Young. Initially we were looking to reserve a hotel for the stay. With the possibility of the AFC playoff game being in Atlanta hotels were booked solid and prices inflated we had to look outside the city. Coworker suggested Vrbo. First time user and if other host properties, professionalism are similar to Yannets', bye bye hotels! Great location for sightseeing, ability to walk to sports facilities ect.. Definitely would recommend and return if back in Atlanta!

Furry Weekend Atlanta

Overall our stay was enjoyable! The space in the loft and cleanliness made for a comfortable stay. The neighborhood is not great, you definitely need to be aware and not leave any valuables in your vehicle. I would recommend turning the AC on in advance of the arrival of your guests, when we first got there the smell was off putting, but got better as the AC was running. I would also not advertise the upper deck as usable space, all the chairs are ripped and the decking needs repair. However, my favorite place was the private outdoor space/patio right off the loft, it was fabulous! My husband and I spent a lot of time out there just relaxing. Despite a couple minor things, we would stay here again if we came back.

Good for what we needed!

I will have to give pros and cons to this apartment. Pros: Apartment was very clean and open. Very modern. It was pretty quiet inside considering you are in downtown Atlanta! The kitchen could definitely be used without a problem! My husband, myself, and two teenagers stayed here to see the GA aquarium, and spend some time walking around Atlanta. It served its purpose on our trip back from the mountains, and heading home to Florida. Cons: It is downtown Atlanta. We were lucky our car survived without a break in. Probably would not have walked much if I didn’t have my husband with us. Homeless individuals were harmless but did hang around the front entrance of building, and one even used corner between door and building as a toilet. The City workers came along and cleaned that area though. The apartment does appear to be in the middle of “fixing”. The dishwasher was out of order, and the ceiling fan in Master bedroom was half assembled ,unable to use. It is definitely within walking distance to restaurants and other attractions, but you do have to be careful and cautious!

Unfortunate Shortened stay

The location of this property can’t be beat. It is in the city, very close to centennial park; so there is a need to be on high alert. But the inside of building felt relatively safe. There was glass in parking lot which had us worried, but no one bothered our vehicle and we could conveniently see it out of the window. The inside of loft looked very clean, but was stuffy when we arrived which affected the smell. After being there for 30 minutes we saw and killed a roach/water bug. We figured it was just part of the city life so consolidated to one room. Then my husband had 2 run over his feet and 2 go through bags on the counter. I was awakened by him killing bugs in the middle of the night and then we were unable to sleep. Then I had one jump on my back while packing our things the next morning. I alerted the owner who did respond and say “sorry”, and that the building probably needs to be fumigated at some point. We traveled from Virginia and had plans to stay for two nights in order to recover from the ride, but could not stay another night under those conditions. I would not book here unless you ask if pest control has treated the place. The owner gave be a 75 dollar refund which is better than nothing but that was just over 10% of our fees. Again staying in the city you run the risk of pests, but in a vacation rental That just isn’t something we expected.

Great location. There was a few issues.

The Location was great. Walking distance from aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Olympic Park, and more. The neighborhood didn't give off a completely safe feeling, but we didn't have any issues. Communication had some issues. We arrived late on a Tuesday after a long day of travel. They sent me an "invite" to August lock, which is the app used to unlock the front door, and asked me if I needed a parking pass while I was on a plane. I didn't see these messages until we arrived to the rental. It took me a while to figure out how to get into the lock app, but I eventually did. I got a response message in the morning about the parking pass telling me it would cost $10/day, for a total of $40. I sent the payment right away, but they didn't get back to me to tell me where the parking pass was hidden until later in the morning. By that time we already paid $10 on our own to park for that day. We parked in the lot next door where we were told to park and still got a boot on our car. 1 hour and $75 later we were able to get it remove. So our "$40" parking ended up costing us $125 for 4 days. We were not happy. The unit also had cockroaches. I informed the owner and he told me those were "water bugs" and they're everywhere and there's nothing they can do about it. They were defiantly cockroaches. We took photos. If it wasn't for the parking mess, we would have rated much higher. The unit was overall very nice. The photos are accurate and the living room is very nice.

The unit was large, spacious, clean and well appointed. There is a parking lot next to the building that is additional to the cost or metered using a parking app. There were unhoused people in the parking lot and along the sidewalk throughout our stay.

Beautiful place. We stayed for a concert at Mercedes Benz and the walk was not too bad. Only complaint i have is the air not working well in the master bedroom

Great location when visiting aquarium and surrounding attractions.

Walking distance to a lot of the attractions near the Aquarium. Plenty of room for a family of 4 (2 teenage girls and parents). We had a little trouble checking in because the text invite to unlock the unit was being sent to spam. Turn your spam filter off and it worked fine. Host was very responsive when we told him that we were having difficulties. Once we got checked in, no problems.

The place was clean and very nice. Restaurant next door delicious! We did have our truck broken into on our last night there. Maybe not the best area. 4 or 5 other cars were broken into as well.

Weekend getaway in Atl

It seems like a bad area but overall it was pretty safe and secure. Once i was sent the link getting inside was a breeze. We noticed it was warm upon entering, contacted host later that evening to say someone wld come the next day, did not it was hot! I wld say the cleaners shld clean a little better under thingsday.

Perfect location for visiting World of Coke, Aquarium, etc.

We loved the location of this condo because it was located within walking distance of the places we wanted to attend. My only complaint is that the ports for the Amazon Firestick on the TV are broken, so we had limited station availability.

HORRIBLE

This had to be the absolute worst place that we could have stayed in Atlanta for the cost. Upon arrival, there was literally water and plaster covering the floors. When I contacted the owner I was told it was from the roof leak that they were experiencing and that I would need to allow roofers into the unit the next day. Thats safe! The dishwasher is broken with an "out of order" sticker on the front, the kitchen sinks completely backed up repeatedly and we were told they would send maintenance, though we could plunge the sinks with the plunger in the BATHROOM if we needed to. Maintenance didn't fix the issue, they didn't even leave Draino. The kitchen drawers were filthy, they didn't provide basic kitchen amenities, the oven racks in the oven didn't even stay in the oven! They fell straight to the bottom of the oven when used. The linens and blankets were filthy, the bathrooms were disgusting, there is a hole in the living room floor that they tried to cover with a chair, and the property sits overtop a bar that clearly allows pot...so our evenings went until about 1 am with pot and music so loud that the floors shook. This is also a three floor walk up with no elevator.The clincher? A shooting outside of the unit Friday night. All of these things and photos reported to VRBO and were told they couldn't guarantee the cleanliness of a unit. I'm appalled that VRBO allows a unit in this condition to be rented, shame on both them and the owner for not upkeeping this property

Great Stay

Beautiful property on the inside. The owner/manager was very responsive to any request or inquiries we may have had. The only criticism I would provide is that it would get significantly cold at night even though the thermostat was set to 72. It was a nest thermostat and each morning we would wake the setting would be on 64 with no one in the housing touching the thermostat overnight. However beyond this issue I would definitely stay here again.

VRBO Atlanta

We booked this property base on the online reviews. Our check-in experience is anything but. We could not check in because property owner did not send us an invite code to get into the loft. The property was also not cleaned so when we were able to get in we had to wait about an hour for the cleaning person to finish. I think the property also need a deep cleaning because stains and dusts were abundant. To compensate for the snafu we were told by property owner he will not charge us for parking which was never stated on the website as an additional charge. Overall we are not happy with this booking and will look for another property when visiting our child at Georgia Tech.
