This thoughtfully luxury-designed space in a historic home offers a serene retreat while keeping you close to the city’s vibrant attractions. This unit is ideal for business professionals, and guests coming into ATL for special events, university, and medical visits. The space ● 3 Spacious Bedrooms: A plush king-size bed in the master bedroom and two queen-sized beds ensure restful nights with Roku TVs in each room. ● 2 Full Bathrooms: Stocked with premium towels and complimentary toiletries. ● Modern Kitchen: Fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, cookware, and essentials for dining in. ● Living Room: Relax on the cozy sofa while streaming your favorite shows on the 55-inch Roku TV. ● Private Entrance: Enjoy peace and privacy with your own secure entryway from the front or the rear of the apartment up on the second level. ● Outdoor Porch: A charming space to sip coffee or unwind after exploring. The Georgia Aquarium, World of Coca-Cola, Centennial Park, CNN Center, and the Martin Luther King Center are all just an Uber ride away. This unit is a short distance from Georgia State University and Georgia Tech. Indulge in nearby restaurants, charming cafés, and boutique shopping. You’re also minutes from Midtown’s nightlife, cultural landmarks like the High Museum of Art, and easy access to public transportation for exploring the city. Guest access You will have access to the property from the backyard 2nd-level porch or the front veranda porch. The door in the front veranda is to the RIGHT when you come up the stairs. In the back of the home, the back entrance is located up a flight of metal stairs that lead to the back door. For added security, each door in the property is equipped with a digital lock, and a unique code is provided for every booking. Both use the same code for your convenience. You will have access to the property from the check-in time to the check-out time. Please be sure to pull the entry door closed upon departure. Guests will be given a code to enter at the time of booking in the welcome letter and a reminder message sent to the guest 60 minutes before the 4PM check-in time. Other things to note This apartment is a standalone 3-bedroom, 2-bath unit with a private entrance on the second level. A separate 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit is located on the first floor. Guests can rent both units together, transforming the property into a spacious 5-bedroom, 4-bathroom home. If you're interested in booking the entire home, please ask the host for the listing details. This is a highly sought-after area of the city, with the Botanical Garden and Historic Piedmont Park just across the street. It’s worth noting that throughout Atlanta drivers with modified cars are common and their sounds can be heard in various upscale neighborhoods. It's a normal part of the Atlanta experience. If you have a sensitivity to sound while sleeping, please consider this before booking. The host may conduct a random identity verification to protect both the host and guest from identity theft and illegal activities. If selected, you’ll receive a link to our portal. There is no cost to you, and the process takes less than five minutes, so please complete it as soon as possible when requested before your arrival. If using the grill, charcoal, lighter fluid, and a fire starter are located in the first cabinet in the kitchen closest to the back door. Please leave the grill like you found it - clean and without leftover food on the grill. The grill must be left free of debris, or burned on food or a $25 cleaning fee will be billed to the guest. Games, puzzles, books, and children's toys are located on the bench at the top of the stairs against the banister. In the master bedroom, there is a mounted desk/workspace and office chair. You can either leave the desk down or put it away when you're not using it. Use the ladder to the loft at your own risk. Please do not allow any children not accompanied by an adult use the ladder. For any guest booking with an initial duration of less than one month, if the guest wishes to extend their stay beyond one month, the Host requires the creation of a new booking rather than altering the existing reservation. Each subsequent monthly extension will also require a new booking. Guests extending their stay beyond one month must also schedule a housekeeping visit within the fi rst week of each new monthly booking which is included in their new reservation. For initial bookings exceeding 35 nights, a mid-stay cleaning fee will be applied and collected through the platform resolution center monthly. This is necessary to maintain the property in the advertised condition. The mid-term cleaning includes housekeeping for all the bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living room. Host-provided color linens are the guests' responsibility to launder but our team will make the beds if the linens have been washed before our housekeeping team's arrival. The cleaning can be scheduled at your convenience, and your presence is not required for it to take place. It was clean, well stocked, and had so much charm! The kids were obsessed with climbing up to the loft area in the living room, and played hide and seek many times. Lots of good hiding spots! If I had to think of a negative, it would just be the traffic noise coming in through the historical windows. We enjoyed the cute vibes of the neighborhood and love being so close to the park. The road noise was concerning in the front two rooms at first but we have a sound machine app on our phone and that drowned it out enough to sleep well. Beds were comfy but pillows and linens could use some freshening up as they seemed close to the end of their cycle in my opinion. The host communicated with me well in advance and was very clear about all directions and instructions. We arrived very late and she was lovely to offer to pick up a few things that we might need before hand, which was perfect since we weren't going to be able to get any provisions for the morning. I give this property and its host 5 stars. This note doesn't deserve one less star - a note - two of the rooms' windows face the road. The house was perfect to come home and relax after a long day working! The house had everything we needed, comfortable beds and we each had our own room! Kitchen was well stocked. It had everything we could possibly need from food, coffee, water, wine, toiletries. All of that was very much appreciated! The condo itself was very nice and exactly as pictured. The beds were very comfortable. It is on a busy street so there is some road noise. I had read about that beforehand so was prepared with a white noise machine and it was fine. The condo is a bit difficult to get to because of the busy road and the narrow driveway. We were able to figure out the back way to get there and had no problems after that. This is important to do because it will be impossible to turn directly in to the property if you are coming from the south during traffic. I think the directions mention this as well. This did not detract from our visit at all. Everything was as pictured and was in a good location! We did get our steps in, which was great! We averaged 19,000 a day! The “extra” treats were appreciated! Wine, chocolates, waters, etc. Teresa was very responsive. Which made it easy to get to places we wanted to visit. Condo is older so it has some areas that should be improved…uneven floors and since they are wood they creek when someone walks on them. Front bathroom shower was clogged up with hair so we could not use it once we realized that the water was not flowing out and I reached out to contact. Then we noticed that the kitchen sink was leaking below and we believe it was due to the backup of the tub in the adjoining bathroom. Never received a response when I notified contact. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is clean big enough for everybody to have their own space. We loved this VRBO property. The host/hostess had everything we needed there. First time ever we did not have to go to Publix to get cream, coffee, water, etc. We usually end up leaving a ton of tuff behind due to stocking. But this host does it all. Easy check in. Super clean. Super comfy beds. Lots of street noise so do bring a noise machine or app for phone but, location and amenities offset this. We loved this property!! The kitchen was wonderfully and generously stocked and we slept in some of the most comfortable beds I've experienced in a short term rental. The fourth bedroom is in the loft, so two of us chose to share the king sized bed in the master bedroom and we still slept wonderfully. Plenty of room for 3 adult couples (6 people) with more than adequate separate bedrooms, parking, and appliances. An abundance of towels and supplies. Within walking or scootering distance to a lot of places. If not, Uber/Lyft options were plentiful as well. Only potential (and ever so slight) drawback was you get some traffic noise because it sits on a busy thoroughfare (Piedmont Ave.). Not enough to keep me awake; however. Communication with owner was timely and clear.
