Large kitchen and open floor plan makes it an ideal place for sports families (30 mins from Lakeshore sports complex), brides and grooms to get ready for their wedding, or people who just like space! Full stocked kitchen with coffee machine, filters, sugar, utensils, condiments, and dinnerware. Large pantry. Private office to get some work done. The main floor is entirely open concept, allowing for enough space to stretch out or photography or make up equipment. It was built in 2022, so super new. It's up for sale, in fact. The only things we found ourselves wishing we had were small touches: towel racks, toilet paper holders, etc. The sitting area was cozy, and there was an abundance of windows to keep the space bright. I have intense kitchen envy, what with all the prep space and outlets. We made use of the office to work, and though it was too cold to make good use of it, I really enjoyed the little street-facing patio. The host was super communicative with us, often responding within an hour of a question being asked.
