“The hotel was definitely old and a little run down, which I expected, but great location. My problem was that there was an air conditioning unit over my bed that dripped water on my head and my bed while I slept, which kept me up all night. First thing in the morning I talked to the front desk woman about it, and she told me that the manager would check out the issue and call me directly to make it right, and took my phone number. It’s been 5 days and I have not received a phone call. That is……

“On the surface the property was "new" but upon further inspection...fixtures (like the door handle) had clearly been broken and not repaired properly, hairdryer was missing, slow drip/leak behind the wall of the sink. The noise in the evening from the "rooftop" patio was unbearable - clearly people throwing a large party well into the night, dancing, moving furniture, shouting, all on top of our room. After getting very little sleep, the kicker was the guest who, at 6 am, decided to do a workout……

“For a hotel with a prestigious title like "Signature Collection", I expected luxury. That is not at all what this hotel is. It is simply an old beach motel, redone only the surface. The rooms are very small, the air conditioners are incredibly noisy, and the pool is unremarkable. The only thing to like was the bathroom remodel - great showerhead and water pressure. The staff was young and sometimes sullen. I stayed because it was high season, otherwise I'd have moved to a better class of……

Typical Econo lodge decor and furniture. We didn’t mind. It was perfect for us. Right on the main road that took us right into Ocean City!! Will stay at this establishment again.”

“Overall our experience was just great! The location is unbeatable if your main reason for going to Ocean City is the boardwalk and beach! You are literally RIGHT next to a boardwalk entrance and next to great locations to eat and fun places to experience. Room was pretty standard. Nothing flashy and overall probably an 8.5/10 as far as cleanliness goes. Felt sand in our sheets the moment we got into them which was a bit of a bummer, but to be expected.
