“It was fine for one night. But the room was SMALL and we found they had more of the same rooms available for close to $100 less than we paid. It was clean enough. No staff to speak of except for a remote dude talking to you from who knows where. It’s kinda feels like someone bought an old hotel and flipped it to make it look more modern?”

“Staff was so nice and super helpful! I got a call right when I booked and felt secure in my choice. Had a nice family vacation with the dog too! We ate at the attached restaurant which was great. The rooms were nice and updated bathroom. The only issue was the 2nd bed. It was very hard and uncomfortable, and had sand in it when the kids got in. Otherwise, loved it and will stay here again!”

“Clean rooms, the beach pass is super convenient, staff was great, location is perfect, reasonably priced.
Parking is a bit of an adventure, included and usually nearly full. There’s garage space in the back that unfortunately floods a couple inches with heavy rain. Not enough to be concerned with car damage, but getting to the car with dry feet was a challenge
Additionally the roof leaked rainwater from said heavy rains one night onto one of our beds but the staff was prompt about addressing……

“Not terrible , but not great ! Close to the amusement rides (doesn't shut down till 11pm)
Room was clean. ( the couch bed had no bedding in the room )
Trying to get ahold of staff is hard . Lobby is in a different hotel up the block . They do not promptly answer the phone ( ok they could be busy ) take the walk up the block and no one there .
Asking for xtra towels took 3.5 hours .
Other then that for the price , closeness to the beach and boardwalk it was a very good place
Parking is tight……
