I love this place is the only resort I stay at in AC. I didn’t like this time that the hallway trash and coffee spill on the floor was cleaned up in a timely manner. But overall the place is great.

Overall very nice. But what I paid for a 2 night suite, should of been much better. I don't mind spending if it's something I like but my suite wasn't nothing to brag about on the 11 floor The pillows on the sofa wasn't fluffed. I had to ask for an extra blanket pillow and coffee pot. Nothing was in the room. My eating table was scoffed up. The bathroom and bedroom was breathless. The room was tooo dark it needed another lamp. I'll try one more time and hopefully get better results. If not it's a wrap for me. The atmosphere is wondering I must say.
