One of the best hotels
I have ever stayed. Super clean, comfortable, and spacious, with a great location right on Gran Via yet a quiet room, warm decor, a great breakfast selection for a very reasonable price, helpful staff, a wonderful rooftop, and great amenities, what else? We will definitely stay here when we are in Madrid—loved it!

The location of this hotel was excellent, just up the street off one of the main plaza. All the places we wanted to go were easily walkable. The location felt very safe and with multiple codes to get into the space, that added a layer of security. Of note, this property does not have an elevator so it was a lot of stairs every day. Having a full kitchen was very nice. The bed was comfortable. The bathroom was well equipped, but did not have much room to leave your toiletries (e.g., shelves, counter space). Overall it was a good stay!

Hotel, staff, food, room all were very good. The only problem was with the set and no change air condition temperature. It was cold, no heater and air condition was set on 21 c cool option. guest wouldn’t be able to change the temperature to higher degrees. Also, rooms wall were very thin. I could hear the next door snoring or phone conversation. Staff were very friendly and nice and tried to accommodate as much as possible. Particularly Angel at the front desk, and Lola at the restaurant.

The room was not as expected from the pictures online
Very small no table bland decor.
No drawers to put clothing very few hangers
Tiolet are was cramped I am not large and found it a tight space.
No English TV I asked at reception if we could at least get English subtitles I was told to use the browsers!!! No idea what that is. It would have been nice if someone had come up to the room and helped.
We did get a kettle when requested.
We normally stay in budget hotels but decided to treat ourselves and spend more sadly the room did not live up to expectations very cramped for two people no where to sit or write in the room. No guest lounge or bar where one could go.
