A few things to note - the reception is located in a different area of the campus to the accommodation. For the reception you want to navigate to the South entrance on Landcroft Lane and then take the first left. The room itself was good although it was quite warm in the summer & the pillows were thin so I’d recommend bringing some additional pillows with you. There is a large carpark by……

“The property was easily located with free parking steps away. The place was cosy & perfect for an overnight stay, catching up with friends. We had everything we needed, we were warm & very comfortable. The host was quick to answer my queries & although the listing was slightly incorrect, Stephen sorted it out immediately. Thank you.”

“The room was spacious, and provides was a complimentary breakfast and beverages to drink. The ensuite is a nice large size. Car parking can be a bit of a squeeze if there are guests with cars staying in all of the flats. There was good friendly communication with the owner most of the time. The WiFi was working, but for some reason not the smart TV. Maybe a previous guest messed it up. The house is on a good bus route, with a stop across the road and regular buses into Derby city……
