  • 45 minutes from downtown Auckland (off peak traffic), spacious apartment for 1 or a couple with child (extra bed sofa in lounge) in a quiet cul de sac with your own driveway, few steps from beach. Either 1 minute drive around or out the door and steepish steps to beach, reasonable fitness required to access the beach.
    Walking distance to Dairy, Take aways, restaurants, Café, Pharmacy and Medical Centre, Tennis courts, public gym, 4Square etc. Short drive to surrounding beaches, boat ramps, vineyards, golf, restaurants, regional and sculpture parks and 15 minutes to Warkworth, Matakana, weekend markets, cinema and further to Omaha, Leigh and Goat Island
