"Room was more spacious than the photos, we booked a room with 2 queen/double beds. Everything about the room was great, well designed, spacious for two people adn super comfortable. I slept very well. We attended a event at the new convention centre taht it is connected to and it was raining outside luckily we could just walk less than a minute through the sky bridge. Perfect location for us"

"My room was clean, comfortable and quiet, the hotel may be some distance from downtown but you had buses at your doorstep and with a new station opening in mid September it won't be a problem. Thought the staff were fantastic so all in all I had a wonderful stay"

"Easy shuttle right outside the terminal and instructions were clear on the website. Prompt check in, ability to pre check in via email but we did at reception and the staff member provided exceptional service. We hadn’t booked the restaurant but they were able to accommodate us and the dinner was really good. Good black out curtains and quiet stay."

"Apartment was very nice, quiet and central enough for access to the Auckland CBD. Staff were helpful but room wasn’t set up as two singles as requested. Also didn’t respond to a booking enquiry asked a week before so check in wasn’t as smooth as it should have been. Good value and location"
