We didn't find it particularly comfortable. There's no TV's in the bedrooms, or convenient bedside lamp for reading, the bathroom door has a gap when closed, but the kitchen was okay. When we first arrived my kids walked around raving about how awesome the place was. It is located within less than 15 minutes driving to anything you could possibly want to do or need to do and it’s within walking distance of a bunch of things in downtown. My 8yr old enjoyed having his own room all to himself & my 2yr old enjoyed sleeping between mommy and daddy in the king bed. (Although there was more than enough room for a pack n play, or inflatable mattress for her had we brought one) The kitchen was small, but stocked with the essentials for cooking a small meal. The only thing that could possibly be a down fall is that it is upstairs, which could cause problems for anyone who has trouble with steps.
