No shampoo, no drinking cups. No kleenex. No hair dryer. The tv did not work at first, and the attendant did come into the room after teying to explain how to set up. Unfortunately it was not plugged in. And the plug was inxonvenient to get to. But it was priced maybe accordingly. Booked a non-smoking room and was given a room with burn holes in the blankets and an ash tray by the bed. Double checked that I hadn’t clicked the wrong room and verified I had booked a non smoking room, went back to the desk and the lady was adamant that I booked a smoking room even after I showed her my booking on my phone and was rude as hell. It shows an outdoor pool that is nice and clean. Get there, the pool is locked up, closed. Not only was it closed, it's run down with cracks in it. So dissappointing and misleading. We only had two towels and two wash clothes, but 3 people in the room. Next day, they took the dirty towels, but didn't replace them.
