"This hotel has now become a Premier Inn. We booked in March to stay at the Holiday Inn Express. We received an email from Premier Inn saying they would honour our booking.
This was not quite the case and we are still waiting to hear from Premier Inn.
Having paid in full through Expedia, was told at reception on booking in that we haven't paid so a credit card was presented and payment taken (again) from that. When we checked out, I had the email confirmation from Expedia which stated it had been...
"We literally just need a place to sleep for one night. This was the closet option. Easy to book and get into. Honestly, we got there went to sleep and left. Clean enough, wouldnt call it dirty exactly but there was some dirt in tje corners and shower "

"Lovely welcome, great lunch on arrival friendly staff in restaurant, room very comfortable, only complaint cracked tiles on floor in bathroom,had dinner and breakfast in restaurant, food delicious!
Would Highly recommend as very reasonable for overnight stay."

"Our first visit to Scotland (and a babymoon) and staying at Fiona’s apartment was definitely a highlight. Such a beautifully decorated, comfortable, and clean space. Fiona had thoughtfully filled it with everything we could possibly need, which meant we didn’t have to bring a lot of our own things. Being just 5 minutes from the beach and park (which our 5-year-old loved!) was perfect, especially as my wife was pregnant and couldn’t do a lot of walking.We felt right at home from the moment we arrived, and it truly made our trip extra special. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, well-equipped, and family-friendly getaway."
