My home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood near major employers: Dell, HP Enterprise, Apple, and St. David's North Austin Medical Center. Stretch out together on a gray sectional amid a sea of cushions. Wake up in a mid-century-inspired master with eye-catching wall art. Traditional and contemporary elements combine with antique flourishes, such as an ornately carved fireplace surround. For your peace of mind I also provide guest-use only cleaning supplies such as multi-surface cleaners and disinfectants, disposable gloves, disposable paper towels, hand sanitizer, extra hand soap, and a vacuum cleaner. The house is located in North Austin (Wells Branch neighborhood) near major highways MoPac Expressway & i-35\. Discover several restaurants, a convenience store, community parks that's just a few minutes’ walk away from the house. Downtown Austin is a 20-minute drive from the property. And The Domain which features 100 upscale and mainstream retail stores and restaurants, almost half of which are exclusive within the market, is located within a 10-minute drive. This place is in a nice quiet neighborhood that is easy access to main highways to see area attractions. Within 10 minutes to grocery and any other needs. Justin left many good notes as to where things were and how to operate any appliances and was very communicative during the process. All the basic supplies were provided so less need to bring or buy the basics. Thank you! I think the cleaning crew could do a better job as we found debris in the kitchen disposal that made the sink smelt badly when we moved in. We had to clean the kitchen and the greasiness a bit. Then we did not get response from the host one time. Other than that, this is a good place to stay in. The owner has put thoughts into the house responsibly. The bed is very comfy that has offered us all good sleep.
