Beautiful home with a beautiful view. upon arrival we tried to turn on the hot tub so it was ready for the afternoon. well the hot tub ended up draining so i called the help number. it’s only took 2 hours for help to arrive and they fixed it within a few minutes and the tub was filled and very hot within the hour! I will say the house could haven been a little cleaner. The tiles in the bathroom didn’t look very clean and the ice maker in the kitchen had mold in it. In the contract is says you can use any outside amenities past 10pm which i’ve never heard of while using a rental. we called and they said it was okay to use past 10pmwe had family and friends staying all together and we ended up playing games on the back deck. Super east check in and check out, plenty of parking, & great communication with the host. The hot tub was great and quickly heats up, pool a little smaller than the photos but the whole pool was standing height which was perfect! The house was clean and well-kept, communication with the manager was seamless, and check-in/check-out process was easy and straightforward.
