Hotel smells of smoke in hallways and seemed to detect a hint of urine on the first floor. No coffee maker in room. Elevator broken "for foreseeable future." Despite issues, stay was better than expected, did not hear any noisy guests. The whole hotel smelled like marijuana and in the reception area someone was passed out on the coach. The room was not clean. The bed sheets had cigarette ash and found a blonde hair on it. There were webs under the tv console and handprints on the ceiling above one of the beds. Walked right out and stayed somewhere else.
